My story
A practice that began at the water's edge.
I didn't come to yoga looking for poses. I came looking for a quieter mind. Years of long working hours, city noise, and the small daily anxieties had crowded out something I used to take for granted — a steady breath.
The bay became my first teacher. Before the city woke, I'd unroll a mat on the promenade, watch the tide turn, and try to breathe the way the water did — slow, honest, unbothered. The body softened. The mind followed.
Over the years that simple ritual became a method: 35 carefully sequenced asanas, guided meditation, a kind diet, and a weekly rhythm that has space for rest and even a cheat day. Not a bootcamp. A practice you can keep — at 4, at 40, at 80.
"Start where you are. Breathe like the bay. Come back tomorrow."
